Hawker Center = Delicious Food

As mentioned previously, every neighborhood in Singapore has a Hawker Center, which are open air food stalls that sell a variety of delicious good - Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, Chinese, Mediterranean, you name it. . .and all of it (so far), is cheap and finger licking good. The facilities are clean; the Singapore government requires the food stalls to display their "Food Hygiene Grade" for all to see (A, B, C, D, F); therefore, the consumer can make a decision if they want to risk eating somewhere that has a C, D, F grade (I'm pretty sure the govt shuts down the "F" stalls). So far, we've only see a few A's and lots of B's. Our Hawker Center is about a 3 minute walk from our interim apartment, so we make a visit about once or twice a week.
